We have the ability to place components from as small as 01005 through to 85mm square and odd-shaped components up to 125mm long, with a machine placement capacity of over seven million components a day. We have many years of experience in the demands of fine pitch placement and BGA technology.
To support mixed technology boards we also have substantial automatic insertion capability for through hole components, for components which require hand fitting, we use manual assembly lines where the PCB’s are presented to the operators via an automated Fastrack conveyor system. We offer a full assembly service for complete box build, fully tested,configured and packed in customers branded packaging with direct shiping to the end user.
