We have the ability to place components from as small as 01005 through to 85mm square and odd-shaped components up to 125mm long, with a machine placement capacity of over five million components a day. We have many years of experience in the demands of fine pitch placement and BGA technology.
Our use of line side stock together with offline loading of plug in feeder pump units enables rapid changeovers. We have experience in a variety of batch sizes providing flexibility in our production lines to support the needs of your product. To support mixed technology boards we also have substantial automatic insertion capability for through hole components.
For components which require hand fitting, we use manual assembly lines where the PCB’s are presented to the operators via an automated Fastrack conveyor system.
